Fresh Fuji was some delicious ramen. You can tell the broth was homemade, and it was so flavorful! The women who served us was super nice and welcoming, you can tell she takes pride in cooking all of the delicious food.

This place is one of my top quick stops for lunch in between classes! The owner is so sweet and gives great recommendations. My favorite is the salmon avocado donburi, and this time I got it as a bento box, which I think I'll keep ordering in the future! The salmon and avocado are so buttery and soft, and the sauce is savory and creamy. I like to get mine with the spicy salt on top. The cabbage and egg was delicious, as was the spring roll! The noodle salad was interesting, it had a vinegary dressing that I liked. I also order the honey iced tea, which is super refreshing. I definitely recommend stopping by and trying this place out!

This lovely little place has amazing food and is run by such a sweet lady. I strongly recommend the Tempera Udon and the Hokkaido Milk Tea (warm) :)

I've been here a few time to escape the student hustle of SSU. The place is immaculate with really good food. I rendered a ramen through the website, assuming I'd get it to go and just go back to campus. I arrived later than the website suggested, so my food had gotten cold. The chef offered not only to heat it up but got me fresh broth and greens because the cold ramen was not up to her standard. I will be back. Thanks for the human element and great service.

We arrived at 230p on a Sunday and the lady was very nice and helpful. Our party was two adults and four kids (between 7 and 12 years old). The kids loved the ramen and udon and drank all of their boba teas.
I had the Japanese curry with pork cutlet (the classic) and got it spicy. It wasn't that spicy but had very nice flavor. DH had the spicy ramen which he enjoyed. Our hot green tea was very nice and authentic with matcha green tea.
The decor is simple but clean and the large mural on the back wall was a nice touch and gave the place a Japanese feel as opposed to something generic (like the Quickly tea places).
We will be back for sure!

The Salmon Bento box was all awesome. I had a great conversation with the lady Chef. We conversed about Japan, Chinese medicine and had a lovely time laughing. She taught me how to say thank you in Japanese but it was too difficult to say for my brain. I can’t even read or write English very well since I’m such a dumb country boy. Oh well, I digress. She bragged of her Mandarin speaking capabilities and makes a killer Ginger Boba tea. This is my favorite restaurant in Rohnert Park mainly because it’s the first time I’ve eaten in the area. But anyhey, this is a cool spot in California. Thank you all for a real good time!

We tried Fresh Fuji in the Wolf Den plaza after anxiously awaiting its opening. We were not disappointed.
The menu is extensive. Many rice bowls, soups, and sandwiches. Rice bowls may be upgraded to a Bento which includes a spring roll, egg, fish cake and pasta salad.
2 daily specials indicated were well priced.
One of which was a pork rice bowl. Simple and tasty. A nice serving of rice with pork prepared in a delicious sauce. For $5 you get a satisfying quick meal.
We also ordered the “R11” Spicy Mapo Tofu”. This one is a larger serving, rice topped with a yummy mixture of perfectly soft yet firm tofu , pork, onions all in a tasty sauce. Spicy is largely mild depending on tolerance.
Many more dishes to choose from! They also offer vegetarian options and Boba drinks. Loved it. Will return again. I did not take pics this time! Go try it. 😊
